Henan oriental machinery co., ltd. 1-100TPH full automatic dry mortar plant Dry mortar is carefully proportioned blend of high quality materials including cement, lime, gypsum, well-graded dry sand and selected admixtures, such as polymer powder, cellulose ether, pigment and related additives.

It's produced in the factory and delivered to site in small bag, jumbo bag or a silo complete with mixing equipment. When delivered, the silo contains 16t of dry material which produces about 11m3 of mortar. It can hold up to 35t when refilled by tanker.

Once power and water supplies are connected, a constant supply of high product is available at the push of a button.
The dry mortar has the following advantages:

Water-retention and thickening material.
Chemical additives: Cellulose esters, superplasticizer, air entraining agents, accelerating agents, retarding agents, defoaming agents, hydrophobic agents, and etc
