Description
The Liangda Rubber Flexible Connector are designed for piping systems to absorb pipe movements, relieve stress, reduce system noise/vibration, compensate for misalignment/offset and to protect rotating mechanical equipment against start-up surge forces.
Because of rubber has superior capability in resistance of acid, alkali, oil, and electrolytic, Thread Union Rubber Coupling has become one of the alternatives of stainless steel and been successfully installed in tough demanding applications such as:
Chemical/Petrochemical, Marine, Power Generation, Pulp/Paper, Steel Mills and Water/Wastewater Treatment.
The Liangda Rubber expansion joints is a twin sphere design with BSPT female threads, the supply range is from 12mm to 80mm, and design pressure can be withstand 1.0MPa/1.6MPa/2.5MPa working pressure. Compared to flange connected Rubber Joint, the threaded rubber joints are less weight and easier to install, special designed for threaded piping system. Meanwhile, the twin sphere designs are more flexible and allow greater movement.

5. Rated pressure in the above table is the maximum "working pressure". Test pressure is 1.5 times "working pressure", Burst pressure is 4 times " work pressure"
