1. Description
Interior instrument and door panels, and Exterior bumpers of automobile need to improve
scratch and marresistance. So we developed anti-scratch agent for automotive TPO/PP.
CHEMS ER 740 is designed to enhance scratch and mar resistance for Interior and Exterior of Car.
2. Characteristics

▶ Non-Polysiloxane Base additive
▶ Good dispersion (powder type)
▶ Good adhesion (filler)
▶ Minimizing gas generation during Injection molding
3. Applications
▶ Formulation : 65% Co-PP + 22% Talc + 8% Elastomer
4. Dosage
▶ CHEMS ER740 can improve anti-scratch property on the surface of your injection mould
At 2 ~ 3% loading.
5. Handling
▶ CHEMS ER740should be stored in dry conditions at temperatures below 50℃.
6. Safety
▶ CHEMS ER740 is not classified as dangerous preparation.
