Technical Brief Introduction

LZ03B asphalt recycling plant is the new patent asphalt road maintenance product of Henan Roady Road Machinery Company Inc. It is manufactured according to the construction requirements of road maintenance after absorbed the internal and external advanced technology and integrated the technique of mechanic, electric and hydraulic. This product has been authorized by Xi’an road construction machinery test centre of Ministry of Communications of P.R.China. This product effectively solved the problem of reclaimed old asphalt mixture, greatly recycled the old asphalt mixture and reduced the cost of road maintenance. The concept of saving-energy and environment protection, and the high efficiency work won high praise from the clients home and abroad.

The whole plant is consist of trailer chassis, converting stove, motor, hydraulic system, burning system, chassis and electric control system. The strong Japan Honda gasoline motor (four strokes OHV, 90° V-double cylinders, and double connection hydraulic pump will provide hydraulic power of the whole product. The converting stove will revolve up and down through the control valve group that driven by hydraulic oil. The reclaimed old asphalt mixture will be heated during the rotating process of converting stove, and with the burner that using LPG as fuel; inside the converting stove, there are some mixture lifting blades (boards) that are designed specially. They can mix the reclaimed asphalt mixture well proportionally, make them heated sufficiently and promptly; after 15—20 minutes heating, the asphalt mixture can be used for repairing the road after melting.

At the same time, the plant is equipped with auto-heating asphalt heat preservation storage tank and asphalt spraying system. When the asphalt content of old reclaimed asphalt mixture is reducing, it can add new asphalt by an asphalt pump from the storage tank. After a period of mixing, it could recover its character of adhesion; it also could spray asphalt into the potholes of damaged asphalt road, which makes the effective adhesion of recycled asphalt mixture and asphalt road.

For example, a road maintenance company, if he uses this asphalt recycling plant to produce 1000 kg recycled hot asphalt mixture within 20 minutes, it will consume LPG gas 5 kg and gasoline 1 L, adding worker salary and plant depreciation, and the total sum won’t be more than 20 USD (It didn’t include the cost of old reclaimed asphalt mixture). But for one ton (1000kg) new hot asphalt mixture price is about 50 USD, so it will save almost a half cost.
