The Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine, also as Z Channel Roll Forming Machine or Z Section Roll Forming Machine produces purlins of excellent anti-bending property. The Z purlin is easy to install and widely used as the supporter of roof and wall in mid-large-scale construction, such as factory, warehouse, garage, exhibition center, cinema, theater, garden and etc. Actually our Z purlin roll forming machine is required wherever and whenever the C channel steels are used.

C/Z Purlin Quick-Change Roll Forming Machine

The C&Z Purlin Quick-change Roll Forming Machine can produce C&Z Profiles only by simple stepless adjustment without requiring changing rollers. The C and Z purlin quick-change roll forming machine works automatically, with the steel sheets punched, cut and roll formed exactly according to the length, quantities, punched holes and hole distance that the clients set on PLC Control cabinet. Under the PLC computer control system, the C/Z purlin quick-change roll forming machine is driven by a reducer motor and frequency converter.
