Usage: Very extensively used in perfumes, produced jasminelike floral, blends easily and assists in fixation of the fragrance. It is also used in soap, acid cleaner liquid, detergent, alcoholic lotion, fabric softener, anti perspirant, foam bath, hard surface cleaner, deo stick, shampoo, bleach. The most obvious application for cinnamaldehyde is as flavoring in chewing gum, ice cream, candy, and beverages;

Cinnamaldehyde is the organic compound that gives cinnamon its flavor and odor.This pale yellow, viscous liquid occurs naturally in the bark of cinnamon trees and other species of the genus Cinnamomum. The essential oil of cinnamon bark is about 90% cinnamaldehyde.

Storage: Well closed in air tight containers away from sunlight and heat preferably in amber color glass containers.
