THQ250-600B CNC Heating Bending Machine for Angles & Plates
Applicable industry:
During the manufacture process of SteelTower, Self-made Simple tooling mold is usually used to process the angle iron. But the disadvantages of this process are labor-intensive and inaccurate positioning. In light of this situation, our technical staffs spent long time researching the tower manufacturing process and designing this CNC machine tool which only requires a small area, but adapts to a wide range of angle iron and sheet metal processing. It processes products with high-precision, height efficiency, easy operation and safety in use.
This machine tool matches inner single bending, outward single bending and plate bending. One set for each and one set of moulds for sheet. So it no longer requires any other moulds and dies. In the process, it only needs to input angle thickness and bend angle degree into Touch Panel following the instructions, adjust the length positioning of an angle, then press the circle button to achieve automatic heating and bending. For example, one piece of 200*200*16 angle can be finished within 3 minutes. For some angles, it is not necessary to heat, and then its bending time is about 30 seconds for one work piece. For plate, it also only needs to input thickness, angle degree and adjust length positioning, and then press the circle button or step the foot switch to achieve automatic bending. The heat is controlled by motor automatically. The replacement of its moulds is very easy and convenient. Within 10 minutes, the moulds changing can be finished.
