Copper capillary coils are small diameter tubes in coil. They are used by the air conditioning and refrigeration industry to increase the pressure of the refrigerant gas in the condensing unit. Copper capillary coils with uniform internal diameter forms the metering device in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. These control the flow of refrigerant gases in the system.
Our copper capillary coil is used throughout the refrigeration and air conditioning industry for restriction applications. The tube is produced in C12200 (Cu-DHP) alloy to the hard drawn, light
Drawn, light annealed and soft annealed temper. Our copper capillary coils are manufactured in strict adherence to American Standard ASTM B360 and European Standard EN 12450.

Tolerances
Our copper capillary coil is usually produced with a general average tolerance of plus and minus 0.05 mm for outside diameter, and plus and minus 0.025mm for inside diameters.

Finish and Packing
Our capillary coil supplied in coil comes with capped ends. The coils are tied and placed in plastic bag, which are later sealed each of 10', 25', 50', 60', 100' and 150' (3m, 15m, 20m, 30m, 50m, 100m) bunch coils and packed in carton box and palletized.
