Properties：Colorless or light yellow transparent liquid or paste. It has basicity, insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as ethyl alcohol, ethyl ether etc. It has the general chemical properties of organic amine.

Usage：Mainly used as preservative, additive of fuel, germicide, extracting agent of rare metals, pigment dispersant, mineral floating agent, raw materials of cosmetics and the intermediate of compounding cationic surfactants etc.
