FC-FM EPE Foam Sheet Laminating Machine is a kind of deeply-processed equipment for EPE foam sheet. It is to make laminated product with PE film or aluminum foil. The EPE laminated foamed sheet can improve the intensity with the features of damp proofing, waterproofing and good surface. Furthermore, it can print words and pictures on surface, and further improve the quality and applications. It can be used in the packing of inner, precision instrument, top-grade porcelain and so on.
FC-FM laminating machine is mainly use heat conducting oil as heat transfer medium, symport sheets and films. It has the strengths of good effects of ginning and laminating, high efficiency, easy to operate.

1. The laminating machine made by four parts: Roll-placer, Expand, Heat laminate, Winder;
2. The main part of EPE Foam Sheet Laminating Machine is controlled by frequency, the power is 1.5KW;
3. Material of heating roll: STPG steel, coat Teflon on the surface. It is durable and not adhesions film; The size of roll surface is 1600mm*270 diameter. Tempreture of roll is 120-150centigrade, thickness 1mm-50mm.
4. Heating roller includes 6 heating pipe which ensure the roller heating evenly by heating oil.
