The equipment is mainly composed of water cabinet, material turning device, fan and lifter etc. It is widely used for soft washing of fruit and vegetable raw materials.
The lifter can be made of complete stainless steel and engineering plastic.
It can be additionally provided with spray cleaning device
2)Brush cleaning machine:
a) Brush fruit cleaning machine for apple and fruits: Capacity: 30 Tons/h
b) Brush clearing machine for watermelon: Capacity: 10 Tons/h
c) Brush cleaning machine for carrot vegetable: Capacity: 8 Tons/h
d) Brush cleaning machine for citrus fruit: Capacity: 35 Tons/h
3) Roller type cleaning machine
Production capacity: 5-20 tons per hour
Applicable to clean the root vegetable.
The equipment is composed of motor, water pump, roller, support, supporting wheel, scrubbing brush, spray water tube, hopper, cover plate, water tank, valve, transmission shaft, motor rack and electric control switches etc.
