II.Quality Standard:
Supplier’sproductQLM75-4.5/11is designed, produced, checked and innovated continuously, according Q/HLJ02-2003 Enterprise Standard, Country Standard General-Purpose Gantry Crane GB/T14406-93, and operationsimple, safety practical, sufficiently combining project actual principle.

IV.Payment:
Prepay30% of the contract total amount as advance payment, pay offspare money for goods before equipment deliver.
V. Delivery Time:
Deliver the goods within45 days afterReceive advance payment.，
VI. After Service
1.The data ofequipment leave factory include: General Chart, Eligibility card, Consignmentlist, Electric element chart, Operation manual etc.
2.The sellerguarantee to quality of 1 year since the date of consignment. If the equipment has any itself’s qualityproblem during the quality guarantee date. Seller replacing parts free andbuyer in charge of the food fee, accommodation fee, interpret fee, personalinsurance fee and out and home airline ticket (or car, train) of after servicetechnicians. But needn’t pay service fee. Out of the quality guarantee date, The food fee, accommodationfee, interpret fee, personal insurance fee, out and home airline ticket (orcar, train) and service fee of after service technicians all are borne by thebuyer. If need to replace parts, the replacing parts fee base on actually costpay to seller.
3.On the premise ofachieving the ground base of equipment by buyer. The seller is in charge oftechnique instruct when adjustment & assembly of the complete equipment, and training for the buyer’s operators.
4.Theseller will send 1-2 technicians fit for the work at Ho chi minh toadjust and Assemble machine for 10 days. Buyer base on the condition ofworking in local, could require seller to prolong the technicians serve time inlocal. Buyer and seller negotiate about the extended time take thecircumstances into consideration. But buyer therefore need in addition pay thetechnique serve fee to seller. The count measure of technique serve fee isUSD100 per man/one day.
5. The buyershould send the invitation letter to the seller before 15days at least.
6. The buyer is in charge ofthe technician’s travel fee of out and home, technician’s food , living, interpretation and person insurance in local on the first time instructand training of adjustment & assembly equipment.
Remarks:
10.As the new law about the Export tax rebates , so we would like both parties tocooperate together, if any law , we told , force majeure happened , we would likeboth party take charge half of the tax that the government collected .
