HBCD is highly brominated cycloaliphaic flame retardant. It is mainly used in Expanded Polystyrene（EPS）for thermal insulation foams, in building and construction in order to meet required high fire safety standards. HBCD also finds application in the back-coating of textiles, SBR, adhesive, coating and UPR.
