Description
HTW-1 composite foaming agent is a strong physical foaming agent. It is made by a special ingredients processing, deformation, and then compound to a strong no polluting physical foaming agent. With good foaming ability and neutral performance, it has very good affinity with water. When mixed with water, it is turned into transparent solution. Moreover, it can produce a large number of bubbles in the cement slurry, these bubbles are independent of each other and uniformly distributed in the cement paste. Meanwhile, they can form a large number of closed pores. Therefore, it can have good effect of heat and sound insulation.
The main raw Materials:
Non-pollution animal and plant protein
It makes use of the protein as main raw material. For this reason, either for producers or users and the environment, there is no effect on the environment
Stability Performance:
HTW Composite foaming agent, it has high stability of the bubble capsule, and can be showing strong stereo tension and specific tenacity elongation. It can support the foam cement slurry remain the original porosity shape before final setting.
More importantly, it can be pumped to high rise buildings (e.g. more than 40 floors) under the action of high-pressure delivery pump, while the bubble capsule with no deforming and falling.

It can foaming on many raw materials, such as cement, magnesium oxide, lime, gypsum, mountain flour, sawdust, fly ash, sand, white mud of paper mill, etc. Through the physical foaming action, people can produce any light weight building materials as you need, i.e. foam concrete block, partition board, wattle, hollow brick, solid brick, heat pipe protection cover, roof insulation foam board and other light weight building materials.
