Description
1. Water heating insulation system
Three-layer heating water pipes connected in series are added to the sandstone storage hopper of the dosing machine. The hot water enters the pipeline via the water inlet, and is discharged from the water outlet. The flow of hot water is controlled by the valves of the water inlet and outlet. The temperature of sandstones is controlled at 70℃. When the temperature is too high, the flow of hot water should be reduced. A temperature tester has been installed at the discharge door of the dosing machine to test the temperature of sandstones. A water content tester has been installed to test the water content of sandstones. An insulating water pipe has been installed outside the tank of the mixing plant to prevent the temperature of concrete from dropping in the mixing process. A heating water tank should be prepared during winter construction, and hot water of less than 70℃ should be used for production and mixing.
