IQF Pleurotus Ostreatus
Collect fresh mushroom in the local farmers, cut off stems orderly, wash the mushroom very well, without culture medium & mud on the surface of mushroom body, cut the mushroom in right sizes, sieve the pieces of smaller sizes out after freeing, sort & select by size strictly by hand as well before packing, no any additives be used in all the production procedures.
Packed in 1x10kg cartons
The normal specifications are: Strips 2x4cm and cubes 2x2cm.
