Oil resistant hose is extensively used in fuel lines, coolant transfer liners, light trucks, garden equipment and recreational vehicles where a high oil resistance is required.
For diverse fuels are used today, oil resistant hoses have improved its compatibility with various oils, such as leaded and unleaded fuels, biofuels, biodiesel and other fuel blends. Its successive working temperature ranges from -40°F to +212°F (-40°C to +100°C).
Oil resistant hose is packaged in carton to provide protection from sunlight, ozone, heat and rodent animals.
Construction
Tube is fabricated by black Nitrile lined by fluoroelastomer for low permeation. This formulation makes it excellent in resisting oils and heat damage.
Reinforcement is braided by two plies of synthetic fabric. High tensile strength fabric supports the hose and prevent from kicking and crushing.
Black cover uses Neoprene which is an effective barrier for the hose to resist against sunlight, ozone, oils and weathers.
