Quality & Safety
1. We have established the quality guarantee system according to the Requirements for Boiler and Pressure Vessel Manufacturing Licensing of China and obtained the certificate issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the P.R.C (AQSIQ), qualified to manufacture B1 and B3 grade pressure vessels.
2. Each new type of cylinders has to pass type tests held in qualified laboratories approved by third party inspector (TUV, CSEI for example) before mass production, including bend test, drop test, hydrostatic test, etc. according to relevant standards.
3. Every batch of cylinders (200 pieces as one batch normally) are manufactured and tested under supervision of local special equipment inspection and research institute and then issued batch test report.
4. Each finished cylinder has to pass leakage test before delivery to customers to ensure no leakage occurs.
