Description
YL-PL-SR is polycarboxylate ether based high performance copolymer designed for highest concrete quality. It enables concrete to be produced highly workable at low dosage with improved slump retention. Compared to traditional Superplasticizers, YL-PL-SR has higher water reduction, long slump retention, and higher early strength than others.
YL-PL-SR is a neutral concentrate grade, and mainly used as a raw material to produce different types of high performance water reducers for targeted industrial. It complies with ASTM C 494, Type F specifications.
Uses
1. YL-PL-SR can be applied in a wide variety industry and can improve the workability to the concrete and to improve high early compressive strength, even with low water/cement ratios while maintaining normal levels of workability. Higher slump retention applications for high strength concrete.
2. It can be widely used in conventional concrete, pumping concrete, super-fluid self-compacting and high-performance concrete; it has the excellent performance especially in the application of high-strength high performance concrete.

Dosage
The usual dosage of this product is 0.2-0.5% of the weight of cementing material. ( dilute to 20% solid content) .
Packaging & Shipping
200 kg IBC drums, 1.1 ton IBC tank, flexible tank. The ideal storage temperature is 5-40°C, avoid sun, rain, and freezing.
Once freeze, it can be used after melting and mixing. The self-life is 6 months in original tightly closed drums.
