Description
Graphite packing are braided from flexible graphite yarns, which are reinforced by cotton fiber, glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc.
1.Graphite Packing Reinforced by Cotton Fiber
Braided from graphite yarn, which are reinforced by cotton; it is the best seal ability against abrasives for improved reliability and the best temperature and chemical resistance for longer packing life. It offers the lowest friction for energy saving does not damage shafts or stems.
2.Graphite Packing Reinforced by Glass Fiber
Compared with Graphite Packing Reinforced by Cotton Fiber, glass fiber replaces the traditional cotton fiber to reduce the loss on Ignition.

Temperature: -200 to +455 Centigrade Atmosphere; to +650 Centigrade in Steam

3. Graphite Packing with Carbon fiber Reinforced
Made from graphite yarn with the carbon fiber inserted reinforced to achieve resistance and higher pressure capability. In contrast, this forms a homogeneous mass under gland pressure, so that leakage cannot penetrate the set.
4.Non-sulfur Graphite Packing
Braided from non-sulfur flexible graphite yarns (Sulfur content<200ppm). It has very low sulfur content, does not damage shafts or stems. Low sulfur content makes it ideal for rotary shafts of pumps, agitators, mixers, crystallizers, filters, continuous digesters, reciprocating pump rods and slip-type expansion joints.
5. Corrosion Inhibitor Graphite Packing
Compared with other series of graphite packing, is has the similar performance. But the corrosion inhibitor acts as a sacrificial anode to protect the valve stem and the stuffing box. This packing does not score the shaft and minimizes sleeve replacement cost.
