原理简介

Working Principle

原纸平衡轮的开原理，有点类似跷跷板原理一样，当纸张包著原纸平衡轮，较紧的一边会“加压”於平衡轮，迫使平衡轮的另一端反压於较松的一边，而使得原纸间两边的受压力趋於均衡。而平衡轮的另一设计重点在於将中心支点改成两端支点，使得原纸在高速经过平衡轮时，不但原纸得到两边的张力均衡，而且由於支点在两边，因此中心线不会偏离机器的中心线。

Its working principle is similar to that of a seesaw. When the paper covers the tension balance wheel, the tight side will press the balance wheel and release the other side. Thus, the pressure is balanced on both sides of the paper. Another key point is that the central supporting point is changed (supporting points serve both sides), so the central line will not deviate at high speed, and the paper can be controlled by the balanced tension on both sides.

在纸的两边施以平均的张力，将可大大减少在原纸边缘的张力，当你使用自动接纸机时，使用自动张力平衡就不用太顾虑纸卷边缘的松紧，因它会更快的调整新纸卷对张力的要求，进而避免断纸的发生。

Tension can be significantly reduced on the edge because balanced tension is applied on both sides of the paper. With an automatic splicer, you will not worry about whether the edge is too tight or loosen, because the tension can be adjusted rapidly for a new paper roll and avoid break.

自动张力平衡轮，系安装在靠近预调节器或预热烘缸。平衡轮能在纸张尚未接触预热烘缸前，即可适当的调整原纸的张力，并使全幅原纸有效地被加温，以使纸的全宽幅温度、温度均匀。在纸被导入单面瓦楞机成型前，这样做能保证可大幅减少因温度、湿度及张力不平均所造成的纸板弯曲的现象和面纸边缘开胶现象。

Automatic tension balance wheel should be installed near the pre-adjustor or pre-heating cylinder. Before the paper goes through the pre-heating cylinder, the tension balance wheel can adjust its tension to a proper level, so the paper temperature is maintained consistently. It can effectively avoid board warping or gluing failures at the edges caused by uneven temperature or tension control.

原纸平衡轮采用零维护设计，不需要作多次调整或复杂的增补动作，采用完全机械式设计，低耗损，低故障。
