Description
1. General Description
The Seller shall supply whole set of production line for manufacturing rock wool and wool products to the Buyer. The Seller supplies his design, technology, equipment and service at reasonable prices.
1.1 Products and production capacity
Provided that the approved raw materials, fuel, power and auxiliary materials supplied by the Buyer meet the specifications given by the Seller, this production line can reach following capacity when operated correctly by the Buyer’s skillful personnel after training by the Seller.
1.1.1 Production capacity: rock wool and products, 3.0～3.5 ton product /hour
1.1.2 Product types: rock wool mat, board and blanket，
Note: The production of each type shall be decided by the Buyer depending on the market demand.
Board/blanket size: Length: 900～15000 mm（at customers’ option）
Width: 600，1210 mm
Thickness: 20～100 mm
Main properties:
Density: 40～200kg/m3
Fiber diameter: 4～7μm
Shot content（≥0.25mm） < 10%

1.2 Performance guarantees and consumption data of the production line
In order to achieve the mentioned properties and consumption quota, the Buyer shall guarantee its raw material, energy and utilities meet the Seller’s specifications.
1.3 Environment protection
This production line will take relevant pollution control measures .
1.3.1 Waste gas
The waste gas is evacuated after relevant control.
1.3.2 Waste water
By means of circulation and recycle, no waste water is discharged.
1.3.3 Waste solids (solid pollutants)
Edge trims are reused by means of the edge crushing and recovery system. Waste shots are collected and then transported out of factory embedding deeply.
1.4 Proposal on the building of the rock wool plant
With regard to the combined plant for the production line starting from the raw material preparation to the product packing and including the necessary binder preparation, water circulation and compressed air stations, the Seller proposes a preliminary design as follows:

2、 Main workshops: 4000㎡
