Rotary Kiln, also known as Rotary Calciner, is an equipment used to process the building materials. Rotary Kiln Working Principle:
Rotary Kiln has a drum-shaped structure with a slope of 3-3.5%. It is the rotation of the drum makes the materials mixed with each other and touch each other to facilitate reaction. Pulverized coal combustion at Kiln head produces a large amount of heat which passes on to materials in ways of heat radiation, heat convection, brick kiln (kiln skin) transmission way etc. Materials relying on angle of kiln cylinder and the rotation of the kiln stove move forward.
