Description
Two types of fiber reinforced pipe Aramid fiber.
1.The pressure of Aramid fiber reinforced pipe is up to 9-14Mpa. The explode pressure can
be 40Mpa
2.Thermoplastic reinforced pipe RTP. The thermoplastic reinforced pipe RTP has three
layers: the inner layer is anti-erosion and wearing-resistant PE pipe; the middle layer
is reinforced twisting layer (the material is high-intension synthesized fiber, or glass
fiber, carbon fiber or fine metal thread); the outer layer is PE for protection use. The
most popular reinforce material is Aramid fiber.
PIPELIFE RTP--Soluforce
The inner layer of Soluforce is HDPE (PE 100); the middle layer is high intension Aramid
fiber reinforced layer (or Polyester fiber, but with lower anti-pressure capacity); the
outer layer is HDPE (PE 100) protection layer. The production process is: first extruding
the inner HDPE pipe, second twisting the Aramid fiber reinforced layer, and then extruding
the outside protection layer.
The RTP connection technology
The connection method between the RTP and RTP, RTP side and other fittings (such as valve, three direction fittings) is: Electrical
welding-hot welding and mechanical press.

Currently the thermoplastic RTP pipe is mainly used in industrial field, especially at oil exploitation area, such as Middle East hot
desert, the cold Siberian area and sea oil well.
