Brief introduction

We can supply various kinds of tube sheet forgings, max diameter could be 2000mm.

We choose excellent raw material and make strict heat treatment. ( including annealing , normalizing , quenching , tempering , stabilization and solution treatment etc )

All ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnace. We can choose ESR raw material according to

customers' requirements, on this condition all mechanical properties can be improved.

The material include Carbon steel , low alloy steel , stainless steel . ( DIN standard or ASME standard) Low temperature steel , high temperature steel, for example : A105 , LF2 , 10CrMo11 , 12CrMo19-5, 16CrMo9-3 , 24CrMo10 , 25CrMo4 etc.

We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including

chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test,

ultrasonic test, magnetic particle test, etc.

We also own a series of machining facility , and could finish the final machining according to the customers' requirements .
