Description
Overview: This machine can treat a variety of waste lube oil, get high quality base oil and a small amount of gasoline and diesel through vacuum distillation. After pretreatment, waste oil pumped into the distillation Kettle, heating to working temperature, can get the base oil, gasoline and diesel we required.
When reaction complete, stop heating, remove residue from the bottom of the tank, then the machine can be used again. The production cost is low (only cost USD30 of catalyst when treat 1ton waste oil), and the base oil is high quality. This is the most advanced technology in the world in the waste oil recycling line, and suitable for large-scale industrial production.
Systems of equipment
① Pretreatment system: waste oil will be pumped into the distillation kettle after pretreated.
② Distillation system: through burning coal, gas or fuel oil to make the oil in the kettle up to the working temperature. This system equipped with stirring system and insulation system.
③ Cooling system::the gaseous hydrocarbon will be cooled into liquid base oil. gasoline and diesel.
④ Oil storage system: the base oil, gasoline and diesel get from cooling system storage here, then pump into the storage tank.
⑤ Vacuum system: meet the technology requirement.
⑥ Filtration system: rapidly filter out mechanical impurities in the base oil, gasoline and diesel; get the high quality base oil, gasoline and diesel.
