Products Explanation:

MF-501 is a low molecular weight(LMW), high positive charge density liquid polymer.This particular products is special for pulp and paper industry which is designed for inhibit fabric and roller deposition .

Products Application:

Dosage: passivating fabric and controlling roller deposition, recommended dosage is 3.5cc/min/m fabric width , maximum not exceed 3.5cc/min/m fabric width.The usage should base on the controlling program technical persons made in the company

Dosage Notices:MF-501 is condensate products, diluted before use. Recommend to use standard low flow , positive transfer piston pump. The products is not toxic and corrosive. PVC, steel devices and pipeline, tank can be used.

Dosage Point: Applied to molding net: water dilute, continious dosage in fan-shape sprinkler pipe before breastroll, Spray on connect paper sheet of molding net; applied in back roller: through the spray pipe continuous spray on the roller.
