Nameko in brine: well-washed, Very clean mushrooms, without any impurities, Packed in drums of 50kg net drained weight. The below grades are available: FAQ: Cap 0.8-2.5cm, with stem 4cm max. Grade A: Cap 1.2-2.5cm, with stem 3.5cm max. Grade A2: Cap 1.2-2.2cm, with stem 2.5cm max. Flat Cap only: Cap2-5cm, stem 3cm grade B, large caps or long stems.
