Introduction:

Organic aluminum salt flame retardant containing phosphorus is white powder with larger particle diameter, high hydrophobicity, high temperature resistance and non-migration. It is mainly applied to engineering plastics such as PET, PBT, PA (glass fiber reinforced and unreinforced). It has excellent flame retardant efficiency with nitrogenous flame retardants.

Application:

a. 8003 especially can be applied to halogen free flame retardant of all kinds of natural color, white color and full color high-temperature nylon(6T, 9T, HTPA) . Adding about 15% separately can reach UL94 V-0. It has high efficient flame retardant, good thermostability and yellowing resistance under the high melting temperature. It has little corrosion to screws, barrels and moulds.

b. 8003 also apply to nylon system with high content of glass fiber reinforced(high fusion temperature, high shear), TPEE, thermosetting epoxy resin, acrylic resin, polyurethane and other system.

c. 8003 can be added separately, also can be used with some halogen-free flame retardants with good resistance to high temperature, to show good flame retardant synergetic effect.
