Pullulan is natural water-soluble polysaccharide. Dry pullulan powders are white granular solid. There are two mainly features of the product: structure of elastic, relatively large solubility. Pullulan has the strong properties of film-forming, gas barrier, plasticity and viscosity. It is easily soluble in water, non-toxic and harmless, colorless, odorless, which has been widely used in pharmaceutical, food, light industry, chemical and oil fields.
