Introduction
Darbond EP-1 is one component, thixotropic, flexible heat bond epoxy adhesive. It could be long time use from-40to 180º C. It has good flexibility and could reduce and absorb stress. Heat curing is suitable for high-speed production line. It has good adhesion to glass, steel, copper, aluminum and FRP. It is widely used in adhesion of front lens and mirror of auto. It also have mature use in inductance coil industry.

Recommended Curing Conditions
45 minutes @ 140. Or
20 minutes @ 160. Or
10 minutes @ 180
To get the best bonding property, it is advised to cure for 2-4
Hours under the expected temperature.
