Overview:
JRD-800 sodium soap lubricant is composed of sodium stearate and solid lubricants, anti-wear agents and additives synthesized by a special process, mainly used for making rope wire, prestressed steel wire, gas shielded welding wire, steel wire tire edge, stainless steel wire drawing.

Softening point: 220-250 ℃ Water content: 1.5%-2.3%
Decomposition temperature of 330-410 ℃ Size: medium particles
Application:
For phosphate, boron-treated steel, mainly for later passes of drawing, but also for all passes use, make film thinner. When it use calcium-based lubricant in the front passes, the speed in thick size drawing is 100-480m / min, while the small size of the drawing speed is 720-900m/min. For low carbon steel wire drawing, speed is 600 -1020m/min.
