1).Johnson type wire wrapped screen also called continuous slot water well screen.It consists of V-wire and the longitudinal support rods. Each intersecting point of these wires is fusion welded, so it has sturdy constriction and good mechanical property.
2).The V-shape section plane can avoid blockage, and make sure of the unimpeded water. The consecutive slot have more open area, and it can reduce the speed of the water entering to avoid the sand entering the screen under the great pressure, so wire wrapped screen can filter sand better.
3).The flange, thread and welding rings connection type is also customer designed for your requirement.
4).Materials: 201 202 304 304L 316 316L stainless steel and low carbon , can be made according to the customers requirement.
