ATC-101 is high charge, low molecular weight positive liquid mixture.in the paper-making system, it can be as flocculant, also can be used as charge neutralization agent, to reinforce fine fibre and packing retaining.in the high turbidity clarify system, ATC-101 also can act as flocculant role of binary system.in general, ATC-101 unite with high molecular mixture, can help retention and filter effect.

Products Application

ATC-101 is soluble in water, in order to reach the optimum products distribution and efficiency, suggest to take clear water in 10:1 to dilute , then ship to the appointed adding point.because ATC-101 is high viscosity products, better to shipped by dedicated pumping equipment, such as gear pump or screw pump.in order to play t its highest efficiency, ATC-101 best added good site having good mixing effect, such as at the entrance of the slurry pump. in order to reduce the corrosive, suggest bucket slot, pump and pipeline etc contacting with liquid best use PE/PVC or stainless steel material.products can also be compatible with most of the glass fiber.

ATC-101 adding dosage should change as some factors changing. for example, slurry types and quality, boiled water charge and final paper quality requirement etc. in the double units system, ATC-101 generally dosage is ton unique dry slurry 250-1500ppm.in the clarification tank water purification application, dosage is 5-50ppm.
