Products Explanation

BC-702 is a low consumption, high efficiency broad spectrum blends with anticorrosive fungicide, unite with halogen biocide can have synergy, water base, no foam, tiny harm to environment.

702 BC have strong exterminate and inhibition to the bacteria, fungi, yeast and algae of pulp and water.Compared With the single formula microbicides, BC-702 metabolism inhibitors and surfactant play a role together, with low consumption to provide fast microbial control. 702 BC the mixture of the active ingredients also limit the increase of the number of microbial resistance, and thereby reducing the requiremnt to change chemicals in order to maintain the effectiveness.

Products Application

Dosage: General consumption per ton bone-dry paper 150-400 grams, per cubic plain boiled water add 2-4 g. The dosage should according to laboratory testing to determine the content of bacteria. According to the different pulping process, continuous adding or intermittent (every 3-4 hours at a time) adding is ok.

Dosage Point: ingredients pool, Copy the front pool, Blunt slurry tank, and plain boiled water pool etc in the process of paper making.

BC-702 is packed 25kg or 200kg per barrel , clients demands is available.

Storage:

Quality guarantee valid is 12 months, indoors avoid light, prevent frozen.Keep it sealed without using.

BC-702 is corrosive chemicals, avoid contacting with people’s eyes, once contacted, Should immediately rinse with a large quantity of clear water without delaying.No long time contacting with skins. Should wear eye-protected glass and acid-assistant gloves when Operating.
