Introduction:

8018 is a new kind of phosphorus-contained halogen-free flame retardant, which is white powder, slightly soluble in water and with good flame retardant property. It can be mainly applied in acrylic emulsion coating. It has good dispersion, washing durability and high thermal decomposition temperature.

Application:

8018 makes acrylic emulsion have good flame retardant property when it is scattered in acrylic emulsion. If 8018 is used cooperatively with other flame retardants for acrylic emulsion coating, it can not only reach higher flame retardant grade, but also solve the issue of coating’s getting damp and sticky resulted from other flame retardants. 8018 is the better choice to apply to acrylic coating at present.
