Introduction
Darbond 4461 is a one-component, medium viscosity,
UV/visible light curing adhesive. It cures in seconds when
Exposed to UV/visible light with no marks left after cured. The
Product shows excellent impact resistance and adhesion of

Directions for Use
Remove grease from the surface and make it clean.
Apply the adhesives to one surface and then fold the two
Surfaces and make it irradiated under the UV lamp with
Suitable wave length and energy, from center to side, and
Ensure the UV light can irradiate the bonding surface
Thoroughly.
Do not press and scrub the bonding glass repeatedly. It is
Recommended to use a fixed tool.
Caution
T o prevent contamination of the unused product, don't return
Any material to the original container.
Cure rate is dependent on lamp intensity, distance from light
Source, depth of cure needed or bondline gap and light
Transmittance of the substrate through which the radiation
Must pass.
Cover the container immediately after each use.
Keep away from children.
The product contains acrylic ester, which may irritate skin
And eyes. So it is recommended to use the product at a well
Ventilated place.
In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse with clean water
