Characteristic features:
1. It adopts NC air valve sharing by multiple rooms and air vessel under the U-type vibrating sieve. The deck jumps stably.
2. It adopts a tapered slide valve or soft-contact cover plate valve without back pressure. The work is reliable with low energy consumption. It can satisfy
the separation of different kinds of coal quality, improve the separation efficiency by more than 5% and handling capacity by more than 20%.
3. It adopts high-pressure blast for centralized fueler purification reducing the maintenance quantity of high-pressure blast system by 80%.
4. The combined machine structure of unit cell hopper type is adopted in convenience for transportation and installation. It also reduces the equipment
load by 30%. A movable overflow embankment is installed for automatic adjustment of the bed thickness.
5. The automatic discharging system realizes continuous and stable discharge. The discharging wheel is set under the machine body. The wheel is short
in length to avoid gangue blockage and coal leakage.
6. The anti-blocking float and steady and static material discharging structure can control the material discharging quantity accurately to assure the
product quality.
7. An intelligent control system composed of PCL and touch sensitive screen realizes the automatic main parameters control of the jigger.
