Description
The crushing station is placed between the ore face and the conveyor passing the land. The raw material on the ore face is directly sent into the
crushing station hopper with an electric shovel or truck. The raw material will stop on the crusher hopper plate at a fixed speed and then enter the crusher
to shorten the raw material transportation time with a long conveyor. The raw material will then be sent to the crushing station with a conveyor and trolley on
the ore face. The crushing station and electric shovel repeat the work on the ore face until all mineral resources are excavated.
The crushing station engineering is completely controlled by the monitoring cabin which is also the monitoring and debugging center for all operation
process of the crushing station.
The movable crushing station can not only rotate the center line by 135 degrees but also assure the normal work of the crushing station and electric
shovel on the 15 meters’ distance between the ore face and the conveyor; it can also guarantee that a hard lump of at least 70 meters in width is excavated
before rearranging the conveyor. In addition, the simple and sensitive rotation facility of tracking strategy can make the conveyor on the road link with the
ore face work. The crushing station has also additional sensitivity. For that, the conveyor has sufficient capability to rotate any center line by 60 degrees and
shift the helm by 7 to 15 degrees. The productivity of the crushing station is 500~14000t/h.

PSZ series of crushing station is mainly used for coarse and intermediate crushing. It can be used for crushing surface rock of open pit mine and rock
ore materials including ore, coal, limestone, clay, iron ore, gold ore, copper ore, lead zinc ore, nickel ore, talcum, coke and so on. In order to meet the needs
of different working environment, the crushing station can be fixed, semi-movable and movable. The technology of building the crushing station directly on
the ore face to get rid of vast truck transportation can be widely used for projects of different operation capacity in the mining industry. The crushing station
can adopt diesel power or electrodynamic force for specific mining requirements.
Characteristic features:
The crushing requirements for the raw coal in coal system is different from the metallic mine. The exploited raw coal (especially the large-scale open
pit) is of large granularity and large production capability. The crushing is for convenient loading, improving the transportation efficiency and reducing the
