Application scope:
ZK series of line vibrating screen is applicable for dehydration,
desliming and medium drainage of middle fine coal and mineral in mine
and coal preparation plant. It is also applicable for dry or wet classification
of middle fine material.
Characteristic features:
ZK line vibrating screen is designed and manufactured by absorption and optimization of German KHD screening machine technology in combination
of China’s actual conditions. The line vibrating screen adopts the electric motor driving the inertia exciter to produce vibration. The excited force resulted
from the eccentric block of the exciter superposes in the direction perpendicular to the drive beam and offsets in the direction parallel to it. Therefore, the
movement path of the vibrating screen is a straight line.
Members of the sieve frame are firmly connected with HUCK rivet (pul
l rivet) or torsional shear high-strength bolt. The connection is secure without
any weld which assures no stress concentration and crack on the side plate, and improves the strength and rigidity of the side plate and the reliability of
the equipment. It has the advantages including high strength and rigidity, fine sturdiness and durability, long service life, stable and reliable operation,
convenient maintenance, low noise, great handling capacity and so on.
