Function: The building machine works for shaping TBR tires from 7.00 to12.00.
Structure characteristics: The machine is a combination of mechanism, electricity, pneumatic control system, so it is considered as a high and new technique product. It uses S400 (300) series of advanced PLC in Siemens to control systematically, and uses SINAMICS S120/SIMOTIOND servo controller and step driver to set accurately. At the same time it uses PC677 series touch screen computer controller as man-machine interface which incarnate high automatic level, that means it can control intensively and operate conveniently. The machine has steady-going and reliable performance, for it is elaborately manufactured by superior steel and the fittings such as beeline guide, main reducer and cylinder etc are imported from abroad.
